First, if you have a need to consider refunds and returns, you likely ordered something from us. Which means we owe you a "thank you!" Nothing makes us happier than a legion of happy Three Bears customers, and as such we promise to do our very best to deliver an amazing product and customer experience, and rest assured, to make right any hiccups along the way. That said, here are some things you might want to know...
At Three Bears Please Note, we Do Refund full price items, however we Do Not Refund sales items. We are happy to provide credit notes or discount vouchers and exchanges unless the garment is deemed faulty, in which case as a last resort we will refund any product.
- Please note we don't classify a product as faulty until we have viewed it and agreed to what has been discussed.
- All returns/exchanges must be requested within 14 days of purchase.
- Garments must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with original tags/labels attached (if they are cut off, we legally can’t resell that item).
All return/exchange garments are subject to inspection.
- We do not accept any returns for exchange on sale items unless the garment is faulty.
- All credit vouchers issued are valid for 12 months.
- Any shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and cannot be refunded unless the garment is faulty.
- All Our Beautiful Parcels come in a zip plastic bag with a reusuable Hero Bag
- Orders are sent within 24-48 hours (only exceptions are Sunday or public holidays!)
- Delivery Times Vary Express is usually 1-3 days, Regular is usually between 3-6 days, again the more regional usually the longer it takes.

- Our recommendation is Express Post as this is sent by plane not road and in general its significantly quicker.
I Want To Return My Order, Or a Part Of It, What Should I Do?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online order, for instance the size was not correct or you don't like the colour, you can return the articles in the parcel that you received from us or other packages that will prevent the clothes against damaging. The articles must be returned unworn, undamaged and with their labels attached (please note that fragrance, underwear and sale purchases are final and cannot be returned).

My Goods Are Damaged. What Can I Do?
- You can always return goods if they are defective/faulty. You should inspect the goods as soon as you receive them for defects or damage. Please note that we must be notified within 14 days of receipt if any items received are defective or damaged.
