Watercolour to Textile Repeat in Photoshop Workshop
Starting with a hand-painted watercolour painting you have done (recommend Michelle Pike's watercolour workshops), and have the art scanned prior to the workshop. This method is great for creating a composite design.

- Photo-merge multi scans of watercolour motif that have been scanned in different directions and in multiple scans into one image.
- Clean up artwork
- Set Repeat Tile
- Copy motifs and place
- Add background
- Create “Repeat” tile
- Create different Colourways
- Export/Save Options
- POD (Print on Demand) – Options for printing your finished designs
Scanned Requirments:
- Image can be scanned in parts and any direction creating a mix
- Recommended resolution 300dpi (check your scanner setting for this)
What to Bring:
- Laptop with the latest version of the program (Adobe Photoshop)
- WACOM Tablet if you have one - Test it's working before the workshop
